By One Last Sandwich

Held steady over the holiday weekend despite turkey and stuffing being delicious. Everyday I don’t lose something I feel like is a wasted day. I set a goal for the end of the month I won’t meet. I need to lower my calories further but thats going to require a look into more lower calorie options like meal replacements. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’ve resisted mostly the urge to snack. Too many things around that make it too easy but I think I can still be proud of myself. Still fast food free since the 22nd of February. I was going out for fast food 2-3 times a day some days so I know I’m doing better I just wish the scale showed it.
